No Refund Policy – Beauty Vendor "Family & Friends" Sale

In accordance with the provisions of Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the following terms apply to purchases made during the Beauty Vendor Family & Friends Sale event:

  1. Clearance Sale – No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns:
    All items sold during the Family & Friends Sale event are designated as clearance items and are non-refundable. As per ACL, while consumers have rights in relation to defective goods or services, clearance sale items are excluded from these rights unless they are faulty or do not meet acceptable quality standards.

  2. Consumer Rights Under ACL:
    Consumers are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, repair, or replacement) under the Australian Consumer Law only if the product:

    • Is faulty,
    • Does not match the description or sample provided,
    • Is not of acceptable quality,
    • Or fails to perform as promised.
      For items purchased during this clearance sale, all goods are sold as-is and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found to be faulty or fails to meet the above criteria under Section 54 of the Australian Consumer Law.

  3. Buyer Responsibility:
    By proceeding with a purchase at the event, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the items before completing the transaction. We strongly encourage careful inspection of all products prior to purchase. No changes, refunds, or exchanges will be offered after purchase unless the item is faulty.

  4. Limitation of Liability:
    Except as provided by the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the purchase of clearance items. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of the sale event while complying with applicable consumer rights.

  5. Legal Binding Agreement:
    By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms acceptance of this strict no refund policy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which is enforceable under Section 54 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
